Above rates are include 10% service charge and 7% vat

All rooms are quoted for single or double occupancy, ABF not include.

Early check-out is subject to charge for whole period of reservation.

Accommodation are based on two adults sharing(double or twin beds).

Child age is from 2 until 12 years old. Above 12 years old is considered as adult.

No extra charge for child under 12 years old sharing bed with parents.(only 1 child)

All reservations require Credit Card Guarantee and client accept to charge two- night deposit once the booking is submitted, this amount being no-refundable in case of cancellation or modification of date of stays. On peak period full pre-payment prior to arrival date.

In case of “No Show” or early check out, we shall charge from the given credit card at lease two-night room rate or otherwise notice.

During the period of Dec.24 to jan.05,a minimum of 7 nights continuous stay per booking is required.

Check-in time after 2.00 p.m. check-out time before 12.00 noon.

Room used from 1.00 noon to 06.00 pm.on departure day will be charge 50% of rack rate.

Room occupies beyond 06.00 p.m will be charge full rate,
